Duo did expect a reaction. And she got one. It was the words that really surprised her and it took until Wufei had stood up with her for her to find words of her own. But not before she wrapped her legs around his waist, clinging onto him tighter.

"... You want kids?" she asked softly, the teasing tone leaving her voice in favour of something more...tender. And just like that, Duo wished that whatever curse she'd been put under would stick. At least long enough to give Wufei what he wanted. She'd not realised Wufei had felt strongly about it one way or another. And it shocked her just how easily she found herself accepting it, and how willing she would be to go through with it, if she'd had the ability.

Her hand moved to the back of Wufei's head, fingers sinking into his hair as Duo leaned in and pressed soft kisses along the length of her lovers neck up to his jaw, then whispered onto his ear for a second time. "Please...show me. Show me your desire."

It was Duo's fault. All her fault for making Wufei's brain short-circuit when her legs curled tight around him. "Mmhmm," he agreed softly, leaning in to take a soft little kiss as he let go with one arm to open the front door and get them in. "I'd given up on it, but... yes. Very much," he admitted, leaning back against the door once they were inside and letting his eyes slide closed as she teased him.

"I don't have any condoms," he warned her. "If you don't want to go through pregnancy..." he wasn't going to try and convince her.

"Wufei..." She breathed softly, eyes closing as she pressed her nose to his cheek, her lips to his jaw in soft, feather-light kisses. "... You know as well as me these things don't last... I could turn back into a guy by morning." Duo didn't want him to get his hopes up. Throw in what she knew about the screwy magic of this world, even if she could be a woman for longer, she had no idea if she could even carry a child to term...

"I wish... I wish so much it was something I could give you." A hand rose, gently cupping one of his cheeks, her thumb stroking as she moved her lips finally to his own. "But...if this is something that's gonna last...who the fuck needs condoms? Never bothered me before and it's not gonna bother me now."

He let out a long sigh when she dragged him back down to reality. "I know," he agreed wearily, leaning into her touch and sliding one of his hands up her back. He returned the kiss when she gave it, sighing happily and letting his eyes slide closed, only to laugh when she spoke again.

"Alright, then," he murmured, pushing off the door and carrying her easily to the bedroom. "I promise to make it as comfortable as possible," he assured, as he gently lowered her onto her back atop the bed.

Oh, now that hurt in a way Duo didn't like at all. Disappointing Wufei made her feel sick to her stomach, made her want to pull back her words, reel them all back in and replace them with promises and encouragement. Assurances that they could do this, even if the world around them would put a stop to it...

But then Wufei is laughing for her and Duo throws her arms back around him, legs tightening because now they were on the move and she didn't want to be dropped.

Soon they were in their bedroom and Wufei was so very gentle with her... And now it was her turn to laugh, his words bringing an affectionately confused smile. "Comfortable?" Duo questions playfully. "Is that what we're going for here?" He'd never promised her that before.

It wasn't her fault that he'd gotten his hopes up so foolishly. He knew this place was full of weird magic and enchantments that were often only a week or so in length, but she felt so much like a woman... he'd remembered just how much he'd wanted a family of his own, until that option was stolen away from him by war.

"Well," he drawled, as he started easing up the hem of her shirt. "Unless I've misread the situation considerably, you're still going to have a... closed gate." A hymen. The word he was looking for was hymen.

Duo, her smile more confused by that term, just stares for a few moments. Long enough for Wufei to push her shirt up. Helping things along, Duo sat up a little and raised her arms for it to be pulled off completely. There was no bra in the way, up until a few hours ago she'd still been a guy!

He was quickly distracted when her shirt came off, his hands skating up her sides until his hands firmly cupped her breasts, as he sucked in a breath. She was magnificent. Perfect and beautiful in every way, down to every little freckle and scar.

He was just about to lean in to taste when she threw her head back to laugh at him, and he blinked up at her, wide-eyed. What was so funny..? But then she explained, and he turned crimson, ducking his head with a little chuckle. Not just yet. Instead she kept her hands where they were and sighed softly. Wufei's hands on her felt good. They were calloused from working with his hands, from handling a sword, and they were so gentle when they touched her.

He snorted softly. "I suppose, even though we've done this plenty of times," he couldn't help cracking a grin, his hands gently squeezing her breasts before sliding away, down her sides again. There was a much more pronounced dip there, and something about it drew a groan from his throat as he leaned down to kiss her, rocking his clothed hips against hers, as his hands went to the top of her pants, to start easing them down.

Even though that meant he'd have to pull away soon, just to get them off. To get a look at every last inch of her.

"Never like this, though..." She replied before sucking a breath in and letting it out slowly with a low moan as warm hands flex around her breasts... and then move away. Duo made a soft, disappointed sound before she could stop herself.

All of this felt so... strange. Wufei's hands on her were as familiar as her own, though she supposed now her hands were completely unfamiliar. This body wasn't hers. Or, technically, maybe it was? If she'd been born a woman then this would be what she'd look like. But having spent her entire life as a man, every touch, every sensation as a woman was completely new.

There was no way that Wufei could mess anything up. Not with her. If things got a little awkward it would just be something they could laugh about later, that would endear her more to him and make her love him just that little bit extra. Duo had the utmost faith in Wufei. And even if there had been a single doubt in her mind... when Wufei pulled away, the look in his eyes would have quickly banished those thoughts.

Her pants were gone. All that separated her 'new self' from Wufei's gaze was her boxer-briefs and, really, that was entirely too funny! But any laugh was stolen when Wufei's lips found a surprisingly sensitive spot just at the side of her knee. Duo sucked in a quick breath and closed her eyes, cheeks turning pink. "You think so?" he asked, smirking at she closed her eyes, and took tha as a cue to press another kiss to that spot, before pulling back enough to pull her underwear away and toss it aside.
